Start with a Document Evaluation

Before any engagement, most families need one thing: an honest read of what they already have.

$495 flat, available nationwide by video: a written summary within five business days and a ninety-minute session to go through it together. The fee is credited in full toward a retainer if you continue within thirty days. You provide the current IEP or 504 plan, the most recent evaluation, and any district correspondence.

You receive a written summary covering (1) what the documents actually commit the district to, (2) where the plan is silent, vague, or unenforceable, and (3) the specific requests to bring to the next meeting.

Ongoing advocacy is billed at $300 per hour.

What happens after you submit

I reply personally within one business day. If the evaluation is a fit, I send a secure upload link for the current IEP or 504 plan, the most recent evaluation, and any district correspondence. Payment is due when you send the documents. You receive the written summary within five business days, and we go through it together for ninety minutes.

Your documents are stored in an access-controlled folder that only I can open, and they are deleted ninety days after the engagement ends.
